Got Properties That Won’t Sell?

Dear Property Owner,
I know, that every so often, people have a property that just will not move. Is it the property or the Estate Agent?

Agents don’t tend to “think outside the box”. Maybe the you need to get a certain amount for the property and you can’t move on price. There are a lot of companies that will offer to buy your property but then want you to drastically drop the price!

Maybe the house is in negative equity, or going into repossession. It could be that you need to move for work, or leaving the country. You are not interested, or no longer interested in dealing with tenants and being a landlord.

Whatever the issue is, if you can’t put together a solution, you have a problem. It is also true, that if you have a problem property and are running out of options, I may be able to help.

I have been dealing with problem properties in the US, Europe and Asia, for over 30 years. I can usually find a creative solution that gets the owner what they need and make sure that everyone wins. I am not your typical investor that is only looking for BMV property.

In fact, in most cases, I can offer full market value (or more) for the property, subject to agreeable terms.  I am also interested in any landlords that are trying to get rid of their portfolios. I am especially interested in HMOs.
